Hi, I’m Jordan!
As a daughter, wife, mother of 4 and working professional, I am no exception to the challenges of trying to create a “balanced life.” The truth is, 100% of our attention can rarely be in one place and so I strive toward having intentional moments of presence within all of these roles. It is hard!
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor for nearly 18 years, most of my work has been in community-based mental health as a clinician, supervisor, and director. In the Spring of 2022, there was a shift for me. A desire was placed in my heart to support others to not just survive but to thrive. That is where Flow Into Wellness came to be.
FLOW is an acronym for Focus on your mental wellbeing, Love yourself along your journey, Own how you were created, and Wield your power. Being mindful of this FLOW can allow us to create more of a flow within our daily lives which in turn empowers us to bring our whole being into whatever space we are in. I’m excited to join you on this journey!

I strive to create a comfortable environment where you can begin to share both your wins and challenges, develop some practical ways to manage stressors, and have a level of accountability for you to meet personal goals.
